Mentorship: a combination of education, training & coaching coupled with at least a small degree of ownership taken by the mentor in the mentee's objectives
Knowing exactly which of these you need (or can provide) to help you succeed and being able to recognize it will undoubtedly improve the odds of achieving the results you seek.
